The Project Update for December 2007 gives a brief description of every project, including our estimated valuation and latest 2nd hand transactions.
Every year there are a number of 2nd hand transactions in our existing projects. The transaction update together with buying and selling interest for each project should give guidance on the present value of all investments with us. We would also appreciate if you contact us if you consider buying or selling any shares in our existing projects.
The report has been based on valuation pr. 1st December 2007. Any dividends paid after 1st December 2007 must be deducted from the 2nd hand value estimated by us.
