All Group financial reporting complies with Norwegian legislation. The financial statements and annual reports are prepared to ensure accountability, transparency and fairness to all shareholders in the Group.
A financial calendar is prepared and published on the Group website and is also distributed in accordance with the rules of the Public Companies Act and the rules applicable to companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. All the information distributed to the shareholders is also published on the Group website. The Group will have regular investor meetings and public interim results presentations.
The Board considers that these measures enable and ensure continuous informative interaction between the Company and the shareholders.
The directors of the Board make themselves available for discussions with the major shareholders from time to time to develop a balanced understanding of the issues and concerns of such shareholders, subject always to applicable law and listing rules. Information given to the Company’s shareholders shall simultaneously be made available on the Company’s web site.
