RS Platou Moscow was established in early 2004. The office is centrally located in Moscow, close to Mayakovskaya Metro station and historic Patriarch Ponds.

We are actively involved with clients, all having common interests with the Russian Oil and Gas Industry.We have initiated and have been instrumental in the setting up of several joint ventures between reputable local and international oil and shipping companies.Our main activities involve Specialized Projects, Dry Cargo Chartering, Tanker Chartering, as well as Offshore units, including offshore support vessels and drilling units.
Our activities do also reflect the need for specialized ice strengthened tonnage, mainly for the Northern regions of Russia. Our Moscow office has a core staff of highly qualified shipping personnel, specializing in the Russian market, resourceful know-how, where we aim to provide the uppermost assistance and service for our clients. We strive to adapt to the ever changing environment in Russia, where we at the same time preserve our traditions and reputation of our company, all going back to when we were established in Norway in 1936.
