During the coming period the company will focus primarily on investing quality-related good properties with primarily long-term and secure cash flows, foreseeable and controllable costs, and a limited residual value risk. This includes, but is not limited to, green field development, residential planning and building as well as conversion of older buildings.

The company’s activities and business model will be very similar to that of Platou Finans AS which has operated within the Norwegian syndication shipping market since 2004. In 2010 Platou Property Management was established to serve on a full scale basis the projects syndicated by Platou Real Estate AS. The managing director of Platou Property Management has more than 25 years of experience with all aspects of property management and corporate management securing value creating in all syndicated RS Platou Real Estate projects.
